Trey & Joseph are the real deal. We started a large scale renovation/new construction of our home in BV and really early on in the project we had to terminate our contractor. S&T literally SAVED us, stepped in, and completed the work. They fixed the terrible foundation constructed under our old contractor and pushed forward, finishing the foundation and then on to the massive amount of work to complete our beautiful home. Trey & Joseph are great communicators (hard to find in a contractor), honest, easy to work with, hire fantastic sub-contractors, and truly care about the quality of their work product. We are thrilled with the job that Trey and Joseph did building our home in 2021. I look back at the photos, and marveled that they broke ground on February 21 and we moved in just after Christmas! That's unheard of, and we were lucky -- but the two of them helped land a high-quality job even in that short timeframe and during challenging economic environment. They were always available to talk, email, consult, listen to new ideas, and unemotionally work through any issue with subcontractors, delivery times, delays, etc. Building a house is complex, and I was a very involved homeowner, focused on many custom details -- they delivered them all.
