This unique project involved saving an original home, lifting it up, pouring a foundation underneath it, lowering it back down, and then working to add an addition and garage onto it! S&T took over from a previous GC once the house was lowered onto a foundation, and dove into excavation and concrete work for the new addition and garage. The home is a beautiful ranch-style house with large vaulted ceilings in the kitchen & living room, a three-car garage, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
